How does the AI work?
When you stamp a photo, Pawstamp sends it to Google's Gemini API, which reads body language, activity, and surroundings, then returns a short fictional “pet thought” in the voice tone you picked. It also extracts structured data — pose, location, mood — that feeds your pet's stats and Living Collection.
Is my data safe?
Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers. The Gemini API does not retain API content for model training. Your journal entries and pet profiles live on your device only. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pawstamp → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep premium features until then.
Can I use Pawstamp with more than one pet?
Right now, Pawstamp supports one pet per account. Multi-pet support is on the roadmap — if this is a dealbreaker for you, email us and we'll bump it up.
What languages are supported?
English and Cantonese (廣東話). Each language has its own set of distinct voice personalities written by native speakers — they are not machine translations of each other.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → scroll to Account → Delete Account. Your server-side data enters a 30-day grace period; signing back in during that window cancels the deletion. After 30 days, everything on our side is permanently removed.
